BREDCO was founded in 1974 by Mr. S. F. Engineer who was the managing partner of the highly reputed S. F. Engineer Group. Mr. Engineer began his career in 1942 and became a pioneer in the real estate industry. He founded the company on the principles of providing exceptional quality and value to customers.

Kaikhushru Dinshaw

Managing Director

Kaikhushru Dinshaw joined BREDCO in 2011 as the Managing Director. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the areas of finance and accounting. At BREDCO, he provides strategic direction to the company and is responsible for business development.

Cyrus
Mody

Chief Operating Officer

Cyrus Mody has joined BREDCO in 2006 and is now working as Chief Operating Officer. He has worked at a leading management consulting firm where he gained international experience in the areas of investment, strategy and town planning.
