Our History

BREDCO was founded in 1974 by Mr. S. F. Engineer who was the managing partner of the highly reputed S. F. Engineer Group. Mr. Engineer began his career in 1942 and became a pioneer in the real estate industry. He founded the company on the principles of providing exceptional quality and value to customers. To this day, we have followed these ideals by building not just houses, but homes for our customers.

Our iconic buildings have been instrumental in shaping Mumbai's skyline over the last 70 years. Our commitement to quality and value is evident in our landmark projects which include Il Palazzo, Amalfi, Sunita, The Malabar Hill Club which are located on Malabar Hill and Harbour Heights at Colaba in the heart of South Mumbai. These buildings have stood the test of time and continue to be premium residential properties, which is a testament to our ideals.

We have extended our area of operations to Kandivali, North Mumbai. The Viceroy Park and Viceroy Court reflects our mission to redefine the benchmarks in the real estate industry. These structures reflect our mission of building a lasting relationship with our customers by providing superior constructions with modern amenities and ensuring timely completion of our projects.
